Our steelhead trout are sustainably sourced by our Scottish supplier. In the sea, steelhead trout grow far bigger, leaner and are more athletic than a river trout, and have a sweet, delicate flavour with a firm texture. Sea trout has a slightly more subtle flavour than salmon, but is equally as delicious.
Trout is an excellent source of protein, and high in Omega 3 fatty acids, selenium, niacin, Vitamins B12 & B6, and phosphorus - great for brain health.
