It's particularly high in selenium and a great source of Omega 3 fatty acids which supports brain health. All of our fresh salmon is sourced and processed in Scotland from our trusted suppliers. Our Scottish salmon is farmed in the Atlantic. We cannot sell Wild Scottish salmon under the Conservation of Salmon (Scotland) Regulations 2016. Any shop selling wild salmon has most likely imported wild Alaskan salmon.
