Our delicious, premium quality, oak-smoked Scottish salmon with a twist! Smoked in-house at Fishbox by our highly-skilled staff. Made with a traditional Scottish 100% natural recipe using only the finest, specially selected sustainable salmon. Distinctive oak rich aroma and mellow flavour. 
 
Each portion is 120g - 130g approx.  Delicious when eaten cold with some salad, or can be warmed if you prefer.
 
Salmon is high in Omega 3 and other important vitamins & minerals.
 
Our Scottish salmon is farmed in the Atlantic. We cannot sell Wild Scottish salmon under the Conservation of Salmon (Scotland) Regulations 2016. Any shop selling wild salmon has most likely imported wild Alaskan salmon.
