Each portion is approx 130g. Delicious when eaten cold with some salad, or can be warmed if you prefer. High in Omega 3 and other important vitamins & minerals.
Our Scottish salmon is farmed in the Atlantic. We cannot sell Wild Scottish salmon under the Conservation of Salmon (Scotland) Regulations 2016. Any shop selling wild salmon has most likely imported wild Alaskan salmon.
