The royal fillet is traditionally dry cured with a blend of sea salt and brown sugar and then cold smoked over oak wood chippings. It's fully trimmed by hand and skinless.
A great source of Omega 3 fatty acids which supports brain health.
Our Scottish salmon is farmed in the Atlantic. We cannot sell Wild Scottish salmon under the Conservation of Salmon (Scotland) Regulations 2016. Any shop selling Wild salmon has most likely imported wild Alaskan salmon.
